However, please understand that I did not tell you about that e-mail to elicit such a response. I told you about that e-mail to remind you that not everyone wants to hear the truth. Not everyone even believes that it IS the truth!

Take this week, for example. Have you noticed the uptick in criticism from members of the media and the entertainment world for anyone who dares to attach some sort of spiritual significance to the catastrophes that occurred last week in Japan? Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, "The Los Angeles Times," and "The San Francisco Chronicle," among others, pummeled Fox News host Glenn Beck for stating his opinion (on his radio show) that the quake and tsunami might be a message from God to our world that He’s not pleased with our behavior. It’s not important whether or not you believe Beck is right. It’s the fact that he dared to claim there might be some spiritual dimension to these events that has his critics up in arms.

By the way, even the governor of Tokyo said that he believed the quake and tsunami might be "divine punishment." Of course, he was forced to apologize and retract his statement.

Now here’s the kicker. With his own words, Mr. Weiss confirms what he condemns. He finishes, "Already, the first quarter of 2011 is a bull market for these end times predictors."

Like I wrote about Zoe’s comment last week, would Mr. Weiss say the same thing to Jesus Himself?

That’s the point. I’m not saying it. John Hagee is not saying it. Tim LaHaye is not saying it. Pat Robertson is not saying it. JESUS HIMSELF SAID IT! We’re just telling the world what He said! Jesus Christ told His followers that in the time shortly before His return to earth to snatch away His followers, we would see a discernible increase in great earthquakes. We would see a tremendous increase in religious deception against Bible truth. We would see hot wars and cold wars. We would see a dramatic increase in ethnic strife. We would see kingdoms and nations rising against other kingdoms and nations. We would witness famines and plagues multiplying around the world. And we would see all of these increase dramatically and rapidly after the rebirth of the nation of Israel.

Now, you don’t have to be an "Armageddon entrepreneur" to see a pattern here. In fact, you have to be something of an "Armageddon denier" to refuse to see the significance of these events, especially in the light of the fact that this list of ‘signs of the end of the age’ was defined by Jesus Christ Himself.

Well, all of that to say this: That’s exactly what I’m going to discuss on this week’s "Report!" No surprise there, huh?

This week, we’ll examine extensively Japan’s massive earthquake and tsunami and the resultant nuclear power plant crisis. We’ll also discuss the recent announcement by the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) that world food prices are at an all-time high and still climbing. I’ll tell you why I think that’s happening and where it all leads. I’ll also give you some Biblical perspective on where all of this fits in the prophetic scenario — despite what Whoopi, Joy, Jeffrey, CNBC, The LA Times, The San Francisco Chronicle, and Zoe may think.
